Reflexology

A relaxing treatment whereby light pressure is applied to precise areas of the feet which relate to particular parts of the body. Reflexology may promote relaxation and general well-being, aid sleep, improve mood and release tension.  A course of treatments is recommended and will be discussed on an individual basis. Please allow an hour and a half for the session. I am trained in fertility and maternity reflexology.

Thermo-Auricular Therapy (Hopi Ear Candles)

A pleasant treatment using original BIOSUN ear candles to gently massage the ear drum and remove excess wax. The candles have a soothing, relaxing and physical effect. You will be required to lay on a couch and both ears will be treated. A one hour treatment includes a short facial massage.

A confidential health and lifestyle questionnaire and a COVID-19 risk assessment will be taken on your first session, and updated at each subsequent treatment.

Prices

Reflexology sessions are from £35 and Hopi ear candles are from £30.

Payment by bank transfer is preferable or correct cash in an envelope.
